Stand up paddle boarding (also known as SUP), originates from Polynesian ocean culture and has historic roots based in Polynesian surfing and outrigger canoeing. SUP Surfing evolved when surf instructors in Hawaii discovered that they had a better view of their students and the surrounding area when standing on top of their boards. SUPing is a synergy of balance and action, a safe, eco-friendly sport that provides a core workout and a lovely nature view. $75 per person
